You need a complete Facebook™ business page that represents your business.
An Advertising Budget
Facebook™ won't show your ads for free (What a Shock). You need to be willing to invest at least $5 a day
Ideas For An Ad
Have a think about what service or product you would like to create an ad for. Then think of an offer for this product or service (Discount, Bonuses etc.)
Pictures Or Videos
Now bring along a Video or images related to this offer so we can use them in the ad.
